Press Release Body = IIT Roorkee - Thomso conducted a market research (Feb. 2006) on
trends in adventure sports and offbeat recreation industry in India. It was found
that 94.2% of the respondents were interested in adventure sports and 83.2% voted
for Treks 'n Rapids (P) Ltd. as their favourite adventure sports company.

The sample base was chosen from across the country. Treks 'n Rapids (P) Ltd. won
this prestigious acclaim leaving behind various leading adventure sport operators
from across the country - some of which are decades old.

The company is also the first one in the industry to have been taken as a case study
in marketing by some of the top B schools of the country. International Management
Institute, New Delhi - a premier B School chose Treks \'n Rapids (P) Ltd. as a case
in marketing for a prestigious Case Study Competition during their annual event in
March 2006. According to the organising committee, this case generated very high
interest and response from across the country, with over fifty entries coming from
leading management institutes like FMS - Delhi, JBIMS - Mumbai, NMIMS - Mumbai, MICA
- Ahmedabad, MDI - Gurgaon, IMT - Ghaziabad and others. A total of six teams were
short listed and based on highly insightful presentations the team from MICA was
chosen as first prize winner.
